PsycheSoma Oregon Licensed Psilocybin Facilitation
The PsycheSoma mark: the Arabic word فطرة drawn as the cap of a mushroom, with a figure rising through the stem.

PsycheSoma Facilitation

fiṭra — your original self, before the world asked you to be otherwise

Before the adapting, before the coping, before the shape you took to survive your family, your religion, or the societies you have had to move through, you were already someone. That self was not erased by what you experienced after. Buried, perhaps, but intact. Returning to it means moving through what was built over the top, and unlearning the beliefs and behaviors that once kept you safe and no longer do.

This practice is that meeting. A psilocybin journey can bring that self within reach for a few hours. My work is everything around them: preparing you for the day, staying attuned to you through it, and helping you carry what you find back into your life.

Trauma-informed psilocybin facilitation, somatically grounded, with ritual offered as collaboration.

Why فطرة

Arabic is built on roots — usually three consonants, sometimes four — that carry a core meaning and generate whole families of words. فطرة sits on the root ف · ط · ر: to split open, to break through, to bring forth.

The same three letters give another Arabic word: فُطْر, fuṭr — mushroom.

That connection has stayed with me. The words for mushroom and innate self share a root that means breaking open into what was already coming.

My practice is called PsycheSoma — mind and body — because reconnecting them is the work. فطرة is what it is in service of: returning to yourself.
