I arrived at this work through my own healing. After a decade of trying one modality after another, from talk therapy to EMDR to martial arts to yoga, I had hit a wall. I felt like I was falling faster than any of them could lift me. I needed something that could meet my deeper subconscious, not just my cognitive mind. Psychedelics met me there. They gave me presence — the ability to be in the moment and in my body — and enough of a perspective shift to value a relationship with myself for the first time. I began living at the pace of my body rather than the pace of my schedule.
After leaving my hometown in rural eastern Washington, I studied Arabic for my bachelor's degree and lived across the SWANA (Southwest Asia and North Africa) region — Morocco, Palestine, Jordan, and Egypt. My work experience has included several different roles in immigration advocacy, including coordinating care and support for immigrant survivors of domestic violence, and mental health work at an intensive outpatient center for neurodivergent teens and young adults, where the clinic took a bottom-up, sensory-affirming approach, focusing first on regulating the nervous system. I am a certified yoga teacher with further training in somatic technique and trauma-informed teaching.
What this comes to in practice: I am comfortable with material that is cultural, political, religious, or systemic, as well as personal. The power structures we have created as a society are foundational to how we understand ourselves and one another.
We are all connected to each other, to the earth, and to all its living things. Self-discovery and healing beget more of both, and the effect ripples outward.
My goal is to offer you emotional safety, cultural humility, respect for your own agency and intuitive wisdom, and a grounded nervous system you can anchor to.
You are welcome as you are.

Women and people socialized as girls
Gender roles, obligation, expectations that showed up before you could agree to them, and what carrying all that does to a body over time.
Survivors of religious and spiritual harm
High-demand religion, purity culture, communities where having doubts or being authentic to yourself cost you your belonging, and the deconstruction (and rebuilding) that comes after.
Immigrants and children of immigrants
Displacement, code-switching, holding two or more cultures at once, xenophobic experiences, and the sheer grind of the immigration process.
This is where my training and experience run deepest, not a closed list. People arrive for all kinds of reasons, and you do not need to identify with the list above in order to work with me.
I am not a therapist, a doctor, or a prescriber. Psilocybin facilitation in Oregon is its own licensed role — it is not psychotherapy or medical treatment, and it is not a substitute for either. I do not diagnose, and I cannot tell you to start, stop, or change a medication.
If what you are bringing sits outside what I can responsibly hold, I will let you know as early as possible, and I will point you toward people who might be a better fit.
I am also not a replacement for your therapist. Where you already have one, I would prefer to work alongside them, so that you have a team of professionals supporting you rather than a single person.
