PsycheSoma Oregon Licensed Psilocybin Facilitation
How It Works

The shape of legal psilocybin facilitation

  1. I

    Discovery call

A chance for us to meet. You tell me your intention and ask me any questions you have. I go through a short checklist with you to see whether psilocybin is a safe choice for you at this time.

    Preparation

Preparation covers your history, your medications, and who is in your support system. It is also where we refine your intention and plan the day itself: how you want the room set up, how you want me to support you — touch or no touch, music or silence — and whether you want ritual to help you ground beforehand.

Oregon requires one preparation session. Your package includes three auxiliary sessions in total, so most clients have two.

  3. III

    A full day · Oregon-licensed service center

    Administration

Bring whatever comforts you — photographs of people you love, something sentimental, your favorite blanket, fresh fruit. Bedding, water, tea and basic snacks are provided. Expect at least five to six hours for a large-dose journey. I stay available for support the whole time, and do my best not to intrude on your experience. You will not be allowed to drive or bike afterward.

    Integration

You tell me as much or as little as you want to. Some people prefer to talk it through. Others would rather work with the body and skip the narration.

Afterward I write up a set of suggestions drawn from what you shared and your original intentions: therapeutic practices, somatic techniques, creative outlets, books to read. The weeks right after a journey are fertile ground for transformation, and the point is to help what you learned take root. This is not homework — you choose what is useful.

Your package includes three auxiliary sessions in total, so you will have one or two integration sessions.

Who this is open to

21 and over. No diagnosis, no doctor's note, no Oregon residency required. Some medications, health conditions, and life circumstances mean the risks would outweigh the benefits right now. We will review those together during our discovery call, and the Questions page lists the main contraindications.

Room rental rates vary depending on the service center and the room you select. I am partnered with multiple service centers in the Portland metro area and can give you a recommendation based on your preferences and budget. The medicine is priced by the service center, and anything you do not open is refunded at the end of the day. I will provide a more accurate total, including a breakdown of services, before your first preparation session.
